The 100µm Solvent Translucent SAV is flexible white monomeric vinyl for backlight applications.
Surface is divided into glossy or matt finish. Back side is coated with solvent clear permanent adhesive.
Clear removable adhesive is by request.

Specification
- Size: 36" / 50" / 60" x 50M (L), custom size is acceptable with MOQ.
- Thickness of monomeric PVC: Standard is 0.10mm (100 micron). 0.08mm (80 microns) or 0.09mm (90micron) is optional with MOQ.
- Solvent Adhesive: standard is clear permanent. Clear removable is optional with MOQ.
- Finish: Glossy or Matt.
- Paper Liner: standard is one side of PE coated plan liner. Two sides PE coated liner by request.
- Backlight application.
- Can be applied on smooth and non-corrugated surfaces.
- Recommended laminating to prevent abrasion and to extend colour fastness.
- Excellent for Backlit illuminated Signs, POP / Tradeshow, Window Graphics, Outdoor Signage.

The film is provided with textured surface that creates 3D effect and enables reduced shine-through. This digital vinyl is with permanent pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a quality silicone paper to keep quality stable.

#SHVC series is a high performance grade polymeric calendered vinyl for printers using solvent, eco-solvent, UV-curable and Latex ink. Polymeric Films are made of long-chain plasticizers that bind well into the film. It is more stable, and is less likely to shrink. For this reason, polymeric film is best for both indoor and outdoor applications including mild curves. Also, polymeric film usually has a long term outdoor durability, which is longer than monomeric film.

One Way Vision Vinyl is 150µ soft calendered PVC with 1.6 mm (dia.) perforated holes. The printable perforated self-adhesive vinyl is approximately 30% open area to achieve one way visibility. It is suitable for applications on flat glass surfaces. Especially designed for decoration of car windows, public vehicles windows and shop windows showing the printed surface outside but allowing a good see-through from the inside.
