Obtain SGS Certificate on luster Overlaminates

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Luster overlaminates have reached the low toxicity environmental requirements and obtain the SGS certification.
Item Plastic Corp. (IPC), a manufacturer based in Taiwan, offers plotter films, Digital printing media and finishing materials to customers in the sign and graphics market.
IPC is stepping into the future with a range of calendared overlamiantes that comply with regulations such as California’s Prop 65 and the EU’s REACH while providing the same high quality and reliability as existing laminating films.
The new laminating films has been rigorously researched, developed and tested over the one year to reached the low toxicity environmental requirements and obtain the SGS certification. IPC is the pioneer in Taiwan to get the certification on overlaminates.

New overlaminate films do not reveal any Proposition 65-listed chemicals that supply increasingly demanding broader regulatory compliance.

IPC developed a variety range of PVC overlaminates from glossy, satin, matt, Luster, texture, skin leather to Sandtex patterns. Monomeric to Polymeric, UV to super UV grade. Film thickness is from 70 mic to 200 mic depending on the application. We also offer laminating films compliant with the requirements of the standard of California Proposition 65 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances.
